GREY CONSERVATORY
When you need more space at home, but have minimal capacity to extend, a compact conservatory can be fashioned with modern bi-folding doors.
Not all conservatories need to be massively big structures. With some inventive design, we can create shrunken versions of standard-sized conservatories that still offer roominess and are capable of being integrated into both bungalows and properties with low-pitched roofs. A wonderfully slender extension, this conservatory has more than enough space to accommodate several people at one time. It also feels a lot larger when the bi-folding doors are concertinaed to one side, accomplished by using the gorgeously pretty handles, to marry it together with the outdoors.
It’s so in keeping with the house, with the narrow sightlines having a huge impact on the enormous volume of natural light that filters into the extension. You could very easily label it as a sunroom such is the amount of sunlight that pours in from so many different angles.
Because of these slender sightlines, we were able to add more glass to this conservatory than most other offerings. The finish is colour-matched to the existing kitchen window; a contemporary grey colour that doesn’t require a single bit of upkeep. There’s nothing small about this space and it has a big heart.
