There are so many varieties of conservatory around nowadays, crafted in all shapes and sizes, and built using multiple materials. It’s somewhat refreshing then to see a classic UPVC conservatory with a polycarbonate roof – a timeless design. Bearing a strong likeness to an Edwardian configuration, it has rekindled the old feelings that the homeowner had for the property.
The UPVC framework is incredibly resilient and it is accompanied with some French doors for the purpose of making the garden feel as though it’s within even more of a touching distance of the conservatory.
Polycarbonate roofs still have their place as they’re effective at keeping out UV rays and the elements. If on any occasion it does get too stuffy, there are blinds that can be drawn closed. The positioning of the conservatory leaves one side of the design a bit open, so that’s why frosted patterned glass has been included to stop people on the outside being able to see in too much.
You’d have to a brave person to try and break into the conservatory. An ABS snap secure euro cylinder lock is incorporated into the French doors, which is snap-resistant and virtually impossible to break. It takes an awful lot of persuasion for the people living here to remove themselves from their conservatory as they absolutely adore it.
