We had a composite door fitted in January 2022. Over the last few months it had become very difficult to open and close the door. I contacted West Yorkshire windows and spoke to a lovely lady and explained what the problem was. She organised someone to visit 3 days later. He fixed the problem quickly after explaining what had happened to the lock. Very efficient aftercare. Thank you.

I contacted West Yorkshire windows for a quote for new windows for the front of my house. After a prompt appointment & quote I agreed the price when I was ready. No pressure, and everything was very clearly explained & confirmed what I requested. After an arranged survey, a few weeks later I was contacted for a fitting date. Very good communication throughout and any queries explained and reassured to me. On fitting day the fitters were very polite & did a great job. A few days after my installation I was then contacted again & asked if I was happy. Very good communication. Very pleased. Thank you !

Good quality windows and doors. Required a slight adjustment to front and patio doors after a 6 months use reported this to customer service and next day a fitter was here. Fantastic guy no mess no fuss job completed in 20mins. Would recommend this company to anyone

We recently had a replacement conservatory fitted including a new flooring. The workmanship throughout was very good and the work staff friendly who informed us of what they were doing as the job went along. The only let down and for not marking five stars was the office admin and ordering. There we a couple of date changes and a couple of finishing strips were ordered wrongly (twice) and the fitter had to come back again. I think the office admin need to sharpen up as they are letting the side down! However, I would probably still recommend West Yorkshire Windows.

This is the second time I have used WYW, the first time to replace windows & doors and glass roof in my conservatory and this time to replace all my windows in the house. Everything has gone well and so far I am very pleased with the results. The three guys worked really hard and really well. Would use WYW again.

The installation was carried out in a professional and competent manner. All the staff who we had dealings with were very customer focused, polite and totally in tune with the customer. The installation took a long while to complete, due to some delivery challenges, but I would not hesitate to recommend WYW to anyone seeking to have windows or a conservatory installed. All the installation team were brilliant, including the outside contractors, such as the electrician, plasterer etc.

We have recently had our extension completed and we are absolutely delighted with the result. From the first meeting we were helped with ideas and advice for the design and what we ended up with was beyond anything that we thought was an option. The build in total took just over 6 weeks from start to finish. This was with certain building supplies being in short supply and having sometimes to wait for deliveries and also right in the middle of the 'pingdemic'. We were kept informed every step of the way. All the teams who worked on the project were really professional, they had worked for WYW for a long time and all had really high standards. Everything was tidied away and cleaned down after each visit. We were able to discuss any queries we had in real time and any inevitable problems that arose were dealt with quickly and effectively. We couldn't be happier with the build and the way everything was managed during what was a difficult time for staff and supplies. We would recommend WYW without hesitation.

Glazing panel in our bi-fold doors replaced by Mark today. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous engineer who really cares about his customers. Fantastic advert for the business, i hope they appreciate him!

We live in a conservation area and we needed windows that would match the style of our early Victorian property and that would meet all of the Council's planning requirements. The windows and doors supplied are excellent and the installation was first class. Highly recommended.

From the first discussion regarding a quote for replacement roof and windows, to the final product I have been impressed. There were no pushy salesmen, everything agreed and arranged over a period of time.  All the tradesmen were polite, extremely good at their job and cleaned up well at the end of the day. When I did have niggles or queries they were explained and/or sorted. The final fitter was extremely helpful. Very impressed with his help, advice and work.  The windows and doors are excellent quality and the new roof has made a massive difference. I would certainly recommend this company…

Lynn in Customer Services advised me to send an email with photographs. Dawn arranged for an engineer to visit the following day. Alan came at 07.30, the first job of the day, and sorted the problem. He also reassured me that the problem was not serious. Excellent service all round

Following a couple of issues with our extension, Neil came and re-engineered both the guttering and lead flashing. He came when promised and sorted out the issues to our satisfaction. Things do go wrong sometimes, but the customer service was good and the issues sorted, so we remain happy customers. Thanks to the after care team and Neil!

This is the third time engaging West Yorkshire Windows. The prospect of replacing all the windows and doors at once was quite daunting so we asked West Yorkshire Windows to replace our back door when it started to stick. They did a great job then and shortly afterwards our patio door got stuck closed and West Yorkshire Windows replaced them too again doing a great job. So when we decided to get all the windows and front door replace, West Yorkshire Windows were the obvious choice. John and Steve did a great job and worked tirelessly across 4 days. They arrived promptly and talked us through what they were doing each day and listened to our requests bout the order of fitting the windows to keep disruption to a minimum. Our Postman has said it's like coming to a completely different house. The front door is much more modern looking and new windows are a delight. I have no hesitation in recommending West Yorkshire Windows.

John and Steve fitted a door for me this morning. Absolutely delighted with their skill and professionalism. They were punctual, helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with the care they took to ensure a really good fitting. They cleared everything away and the door looks lovely. I have dealt with West Yorkshire Windows for ten years and have always been pleased with their products; their after sales service has always been excellent.

Recent Installation of windows was a stress free process from getting a quote online, a thorough surveyor visit and then an efficient fitting. Good communication throughout from Rachael In the Installations team. We have used WYW before - for a door and conservatory and they were always happy to come back out to sort out any minor niggles , so I am confident that in the unlikely event that we have problems then they will be able to resolve them .

I have used WYW on many occasions and have always been very satisfied with their workmanship, customer service (both at head office and with the on site teams) attention to detail and price. I highly recommend them and would encourage anyone thinking of having work done to give them an opportunity. Organised towards the end of the first lockdown via the Internet, and design finalised at the showroom once we were able. The project then started in August, the punctuality of all the workers was excellent and although a waste water pipe caused a bit of a hiccup, the whole project was completed in a timely manner. Could not fault the workmen, all friendly, polite and worked within the Covid guidelines. The Office based support was also brilliant. The completed extension is beautiful and the Gable end window is stunning. Extremely pleased with the whole experience and outcome.

We were amazed how quickly the extension went up and how each contractor or workmen worked towards getting it completed in a short time. The whole process was stressless for us. The only problem for us was that the windows and doors don't appear to have been inspected for issues, either before fitting or, after. I reported a large scratch down a door glass and a crack in a window frame, which have now been replaced. I have since found another window scratch and a brown mark, between the sheets of glass on another glass panel. We haven't reported these as we didn't want to appear picky. Perhaps, if someone had done a final inspection and snagging list, this might have been avoided. Overall though, a great job.

The fitting team were great. They worked extremely hard to get the job done in a day and we were delighted with the quality of their work. We'll definitely be getting quotes from West Yorkshire Windows for future work.

Communication from WYW was the worst part:- I had a contract schedule but that was changed. I received an invoice for Building Regs which I shouldn't have. An Email from me was not replied to! The workmanship and end product was excellent, you just need to focus more on keeping the customer informed

The overall experience was excellent, the initial design consultancy with Eric Spinks was extremely professional which fully met our needs and requirements. The builder Neil Brunt was excellent, his attention to detail and workmanship was beyond our expectations, and the other tradesmen, Frame fitters,Plasterers, and Electricians all provided an excellent service. The follow up and snagging issues were carried out satisfactorily.
